Thomas F. Hickey (April 1, 1898-Nov. 18, 1983) was born in South Boston, Mass. He received his commission in the infantry in 1917. During his early military career, he served with the 341st Machine Gun Battalion and 27th Division, AEF at St. Mihiel and Meuse-Argonne in 1918.
